STAMMERS: SIX common points have been found in every Stammer’s chart which are given below though this study needs at least 100 chart analysis to frame RULE. [1]Sub lord of 2nd cusp is found SATURN. [2]SATURN is found in the sub of RAHU. [3]MOON is in sign or star or sub of SATURN or both in sign & star / sign & sub of Saturn. [4]RAHU is in star of a planet who is not retrograde. [5] Either Jupiter or Mercury is in star of KETU whereas Mercury and Jupiter are considered as chief significator for speech. [6]KETU is either aspected or conjunct with Jupiter or Mercury. [3]DOB- 22-08-1972;TOB-07:20 PM; POB- Bareilly, U.P, India Here is one more Detail of the Native Who Stammers, but Not Frequently.DOB-14-10-1990,7:22AM,POB-Amreli,Gujrat,In this chart 5 conditions are satisfied except Saturn who is not in sub of Rahu .But Rahu is in sign of Saturn.(1) 2nd csl is Saturn. (2) Ketu is in conjunct with Jupiter.,(3) Moon is found in sub sub of SATURN (4) Rahu is deposited in sign of SATURN.(5) Rahu is in star of Moon who is not retrograde.
